About this outing

Title

Before you sign up, make sure you understand the route.

This isn't a leisurely hike. It's a training outing that involves challenging terrain, a heavy load, a fast pace, and a team-oriented mindset.

Rock with a primitive bootcamp Mountain workout and pilates stretch session. The intensity is higher than that of a recreational outing, so it’s best to arrive with a basic level of fitness and a positive attitude toward the challenge.

The route may vary depending on the weather, the group, and trail conditions. The focus is on maintaining safety, pace, and energy without letting the experience become disorganized.

Bring a backpack or ruck pack, hiking shoes, snacks, and electrolytes. If you’re carrying a load, it should be manageable for several hours.

What you should know before you go up.

Do I have to carry a weight in my backpack?

The experience is designed as a ruck/hike. Carry a load that’s manageable for your fitness level—not something that will force you to drop out.

How physically demanding is the challenge?

Moderate to difficult. You should be able to walk for several hours and maintain your effort on uphill sections.

Is it suitable for beginners?

It’s not the best first outing if you don’t exercise regularly. If you’re in decent shape and want to challenge yourself, it can work.

What should I bring?

Backpack or ruck pack, hiking shoes, water, electrolytes, snacks, and comfortable clothing.

Can the route change?

Yes. The final trail may be adjusted based on weather, safety, and the group’s fitness level.
